Job Summary:

The Sales Operations role will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing and optimising the operational aspects of the sales process.

The Sales Operations specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Sales Leaders to Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and improve sales performance.
Support the forecasting and planning processes to ensure accurate revenue projections.
Monitor and report on sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to senior management.
Identify and implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work with finance team to manage sales compensation plans and provide regular reporting on sales performance.
Manage sales technology platforms, such as CRM systems, to optimize sales processes.
Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Arrange Monthly and Weekly Sales Review meetings

Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
Experience with sales data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred Microsoft Dynamics).
Ability to work collaboratively and crossfunctionally.
Proven track record of improving sales processes and driving sales growth.
Detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
