Description

Responsibilities:


  • Processing Orders: Receiving, reviewing and confirming online orders.
  • Generating Bills on Busy Software.
  • Dispatching of orders : coordination with the warehouse for smooth dispatch process.
  • Managing Returns: to assist the customers for returning of products, tracking returns and initiate refunds.
  • Coordination with dispatch and logistics to manage returns.
  • Manage payment reconciliation of online sales.

Required Skills:


  • Should have competent knowledge of computers and internet.
  • Should have proficient experience on Busy Software.
  • Should have strong time management skills.
  • Should have excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Should have ability to work independently.
  • Should have experience in ecommerce operations.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
