Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to B2B clients promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with product/servicerelated questions and issues.
- Resolve problems and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Onboarding Processing:
- Manage the onboarding process, including onboarding entry, tracking, and coordination with clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to B2B clients.
- Work closely with the sales teams to address any servicerelated issues.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on client needs.
Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and work towards implementing permanent solutions.
Communication:
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding service status, promotions, and relevant information.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the company's database.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from B2B clients to understand their needs, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Share relevant feedback with internal teams to enhance products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and order processing systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
