Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to B2B clients promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients with product/servicerelated questions and issues.
  • Resolve problems and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Onboarding Processing:

  • Manage the onboarding process, including onboarding entry, tracking, and coordination with clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to B2B clients.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to address any servicerelated issues.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling based on client needs.

Problem Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and work towards implementing permanent solutions.

Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding service status, promotions, and relevant information.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the company's database.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather feedback from B2B clients to understand their needs, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Share relevant feedback with internal teams to enhance products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and order processing systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
