Description

Responsibility

System Admin

  • Perform server administration tasks (I

e:
user/group, security permissions, module settings); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly

  • Monitor datacenter health using existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain when needed
  • Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
  • Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups
  • Enhancing user guide in order to support Deployment team

Customer Support

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Advise on company information
  • Act as the company gatekeeper

Requirements:


  • Strong technical knowledge to ensure data flow how it works & automate to clients
  • Ability to interact with customers & extract ticket to solve it
  • Experience deploying SaaS and Services solutions
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of overachieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM & ERP systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Pay:
₹53, ₹72,000.00 per month
