Key Responsibility
System Admin
- Perform server administration tasks (I
e:
user/group, security permissions, module settings); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly
- Monitor datacenter health using existing management tools, and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain when needed
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups
- Enhancing user guide in order to support Deployment team
Customer Support
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Advise on company information
- Act as the company gatekeeper
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge to ensure data flow how it works & automate to clients
- Ability to interact with customers & extract ticket to solve it
- Experience deploying SaaS and Services solutions
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM & ERP systems and practices:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Salary:
₹53, ₹72,000.00 per month
