Overview
RACE is building and deploying India's most advanced battery-swapping infrastructure for use in 3-wheelers and 2-wheelers. We are a deep-tech start-up building and pushing the boundaries of battery-swapping technology.
RACE was founded in Hyderabad in 2018 by two BITSian alumni with the intention of accelerating the electric vehicle adoption in India.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and coordinating with various departments to optimize overall efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure that inventory levels are optimized.

Stock Control:Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock checks to prevent shortages or excesses.

Receiving & Dispatching:Oversee the receiving of incoming materials and parts, ensuring they are properly checked and stored. Manage the dispatch of goods to production and other departments.

Quality control:Ensure that all incoming and outgoing materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and stock adjustments.

Coordination:Work closely with the procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.

Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 23 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Automobile industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
Pay:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
