evaluating the consistency of key disclosures in press releases associated with credit rating actions
- maintaining and updating the press release database with associated methodologies
- responsibility in managing deadlines for press release reviews, ensuring they are all completed within the required timeframe
- tracking observations resulting from press release reviews and the overall project
- providing support in the completion of the summary memo and producing timely reports for management This role requires an individual with good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work collaboratively within a team. The individual should be a good and effective manager who can manage associates' portfolio and work allocation, provide domain expertise, manage work quality and consistency, identify training needs, monitor performance, instill and maintain a culture of compliance and have a great focus on controls. This individual must have the ability to produce high quality work and be able to consistently meet tight deadlines and do the same with the team.

  • MBA degree or professional qualification with a bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of financial services experience, including 2+ years of management experience in an Indian based KPO or financial services organization or entity of a large multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets; knowledge of structured finance would be a plus
  • Organized in carrying out responsibilities, possessing strong time management skills and a high level of focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Additional database skills a plus
  • Highly organized and efficient with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and adherence to deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential
  • Highly motivated and enterprising
  • Leadership and project management skills
