Purpose of the Role
Responsibilities & Account abilities
- Responsible to give the training to the new joiners on Foundry Process
- Responsible to give the training to existing workers / contract labour on SOP
- Responsible to give the need based training regarding Quality / Rejection / TQM and 5S / Green co
- To Educate / train the new joinees (Contract labour) on Foundry process /Departmental process
- To arrange the regular training on SOP to the existing workers / contract labours
- To Arrange the awareness training on the rejections or process deviations
- To arrange the training on Customer satisfaction and Quality product
- To Arrange the training on weekly basis on Safety and Environment
- To arrange the training on 5S on weekly basis
- To prepare the training syllabus with Audio video aids
- Preparing need based training modules respect to foundry in Multilanguage
