We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Agile Facilitation:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing Agile processes and methodologies effectively.

2.

Project Coordination:

Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
Work closely with project teams to address challenges and overcome obstacles to project success.

3.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as a central point of contact for projectrelated communication and coordination.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and project members.
Ensure transparency and visibility of project status, progress, and dependencies.

4.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain project documentation, including sprint backlogs, user stories, and release plans.
Prepare and distribute project status reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders and project teams.
Document meeting minutes, action items, and decisions made during Agile ceremonies and project meetings.

5.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Agile teams and projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement and iterate on Agile processes and practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within project teams and the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Agile methodologies
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on Agile project management.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Agile practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Pay:
₹10, ₹29,662.34 per month
