- Handling daily office administration, sales operations & customer service duties
- Communicate with HQ and Tax Consultant
- Communication with relevant Statutory Authorities on licensing
- Maintaining, monitor customer orders & stocks control
- Processing shipping documents
- Communicate with forwarders, transporters, shipping agencies for quotation & shipment bookings
- Other adhoc assignments from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 12 year(s) of working experience in general clerical duties, sales admin & coordinate work is required for this position
- Possess good command of English and customer service skill
- Experience working in logistics duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to communicate with people at all levels
- Possess own transport
- Available Immediately
