Description
Relevant experience of 4-12 years- A full lifecycle design portfolio covering user anaylsis to post release feedback is extremely desirable for us to understand your expertise
- Proficiency in designing engaging mobile apps or responsive web experiences comprising navigation systems, grid based layouts,, appropriate typography, attractive graphics, relevant images and meaningful icons
- Go beyond just creating screens you will be expected to create fully clickable or tappable prototypes which demonstrate experience design. Ability to do meaningful transitions and captivating animations is a plus
- Ensure extensive use of design systems and design language to deliver consistent user experience across channels and devices
- Evolve and maintain UI guidelines, including colors, icons, typographic specifications, graphic, photographic and motion concepts and other relevant elements
- Critique and improve the work of your peers and incorporate their critique into your own designs
- Collaborate closely with other UX designers, researchers, product managers and frontend engineers to cover the endtoend of a user experience journey
- Build low / highfidelity web prototypes and design objective experiments to uncover statistically credible user insights.
Proficiency in design tools like sketch/ figma/adobe XD, working knowledge of design versioning tool like abstract
- Translate business goals, product requirements, research and testing insights into highly desirable and intuitive products
- Transform ideas and mockups into highfidelity concepts and designs
- Produce crisp, easily digestible specifications that describe user needs and internal structures for products in development
- Prototyping using HTML & CSS, but not a must
