we are hiring for our Client for Mumbai and Delhi


Designation:
Relationship Pilot


Experience: 1-5 yrs in travel or loan process

Age:
Max. 30 yrs


We have a hybrid model currently with 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH, however we may choose to shift to all days WFO in future depending on the evolving situation.

Should be Graduate


Role Description:
We are a team of Growth Pilots where everyone works together towards a common objective:
We are looking for a Relationship pilots to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We'll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.


Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

Problem-solving attitude

Excellent communication skills

Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

Teamwork and leadership skills

Customer-oriented mindset


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
