Description
As an
Operation Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support for all operational inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to operations, logistics, or product/service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and production to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth operational process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Provide customers with product and service information, as well as updates on orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations and customer support processes.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed of order status, delays, and other pertinent information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and guidance to junior customer support representatives as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and company products/services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
