As an
Operation Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support for all operational inquiries.

You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role involves working cross-functionally with various departments to deliver seamless service and support for customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to operations, logistics, or product/service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and production to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth operational process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, as well as updates on orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in operations and customer support processes.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed of order status, delays, and other pertinent information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior customer support representatives as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and company products/services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.

Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
