C. Job Dimensions

Ability to handle and manage the Campaign implementation process and requirements for DSF.
Work with multiple teams like Sales, BIU, Training, F&A, POS & other stake holders to deliver the campaign as per the stipulated timelines.
Prepare and finalise the MIS requirements from a DSF/ Field Experience, User information and risk mitigation perspective.
Strong work ethics demonstrated ability to interface effectively with diverse groups.

Geographic Area Covered

Pan India

Stakeholders Internal

DSF Sales, BIU, Call Centre, Training, HO Operations, Branch Operations, IT, Finance & Accounts etc.

D. Key Result Areas
**Campaign Management / Business Analyst

Good Understanding of life insurance products and campaign implementation process
Map & allocate the campaign leads to sales team as per plan
Prepare comprehensive MIS encompassing all campaigns
Monitor Key Business metrics and continuously work to improve the campaign efficacy.
Ability to understand sales needs and provide complete requirements in detail across all systems
Ability to understand the lead requirements across all stake holders & deliver as per agreed timelines
Ability to drive campaign implementation in coordination with various stakeholders
Manage Stakeholders and thereby ensuring expected results are delivered ontime.
Tracking all campaigns and ensuring the optimal utility of leads by sales team.
Coordination with Business Users from various functions including VYMO team, BIU team, training, Sales team, for ensuring acceptance of the delivered solution.
