The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
