Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
Establish rapport and build longterm relationships with clients.
Understand clients' needs, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
Conduct effective presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions to showcase value propositions.
Sales Process Management
Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend appropriate products or services.
Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
Provide insights to the marketing and product teams to help shape future strategies.
Qualifications:
Graduate
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently.
