Job Description:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties and services.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Run PPC campaigns and manage budgets to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Optimize website content and perform SEO activities to improve search engine rankings.
  • Attend customer calls for property inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Manage real estate clients and maintain good relationships with them.
  • Fix meetings with clients and assist in property viewings.

Requirements:


  • 12th pass and above
  • Good communication skills & good presentable and also convencing power
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Experience in running Facebook ad campaigns and managing Instagram marketing.
  • Knowledge of YouTube video marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
