5. *Collaboration:* Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

7. *Brand Ambassadorship:* Represent Cyber Success Software Training Institute professionally at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

*Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
