Responsibilities and Duties:
A student counsellor is a key position in TathaGat.

The primary responsibilities would be as follows:

  • Assist new students to understand CUET & IPMAT courses offered by TathaGat.
  • Be the point of contact for students and assist them with their queries.
  • Help and resolve enrolled students' queries.
  • Be part of the team for process improvement to enhance the student experience.

Required Experience:

  • Min 2 years of experience.
  • Should have a pleasing demeanor that students feel comfortable to reach out to. Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi languages. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Well groomed and extremely confident with interactions. Be proactive, forthcoming and very comfortable reaching out and interacting with students.
4. ⁠Comfortable working on computer.


Qualifications:
Graduate and above. Must have at least 2 years of experience of handling IPMAT & CUET students.


Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
