We are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our team as F&B Trainees.

As an F&B Trainee, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced chefs and gain valuable hands-on experience in the food and beverage department.

Responsibilities:

Assist the chefs in food preparation and cooking.
Ensure ingredients are properly measured, portioned, and prepared according to recipes.
Follow established food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
Assist in setting up and organising buffet displays or food stations.
Help in the plating and garnishing of dishes for presentation.
Assist in monitoring food quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Provide support during busy periods or special events.
Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Passion for the culinary arts and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required.
