Key Responsibilites

Coordinate all Domestic container operations and ensure efficient and harmonious team work with contractors and own staff.
Develop high levels of employee motivation and engagement and maintain harmonious industrial relations.
Ensure safe workplace activities and compliance with all applicable safety standards.
Legal Compliance with all applicable laws/ acts/ notifications to domestic container activities.
To comply with all aspects of DP World Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems
Cargo and container operations at Yard and Warehouse
Cost and resource optimisation for DP World
Coordinate with contractors, customers, and internal teams for ensuring timely service delivery
Customer satisfaction by offering best in class service
Yard planning to achieve highest productivity with efficient cost management,
Maintain proper cleanliness / housekeeping at yard.
Monthly cargo inventory and clearance follow up with customers.
Planning of container and cargo handing equipment's in yard
Monitoring & Analyze of Daily, weekly, monthly operation activities.
Effective communication with Rail team and other cargo segments for smooth operations
Resolving documentation Discrepancies.
Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship
Proper Care of company assets / Equipments
Timely preparation & submission of data required for billing activities thru updating in TOS.
Maintain BCP while manual operation.
Facilitating Rail Placement, Rail Loading & Discharge operations and Rail Removal for achievement of optimum rail productivity levels and reliability of service to customers.
Micro planning and rostering for equipment operators, contractor labors and surveyors / Checkers. Lasher.
Contributing to process improvement & Innovative idea.
Proper Updating and database management on Rail operations front.
Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
Participate to Review of SOP / RA.
Participate to lean, 5 S Project.
Timely response on customer query.
