    Business Process Lead - Job Description

    Summary/Objective

    Seeking a highly organized self-starter to offer effective tactical and process support for various process improvement initiatives across LCS working with the RPA development group. This role involves organizing, maintaining, and coordinating Business Support processes, tools, best practices and BOT procedures for multiple ERP business systems to bolster LCS Regional/Global business processes. It also entails being a liaison between different business functions of LCS and capability teams, completing business cases in support of activities/projects, participating in or facilitating business process modeling/framing, research, adoption efforts, acting as a consultant, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and aiding in creating/reviewing all documents for Process Improvement Projects.

    This role will collaborate closely with the Manager, LCS Compliance and Process Improvement.

    Essential Functions

    • Act as a liaison between RPA development group and Business, IT, Finance & other capability functions of LCS by:
    • Opening & maintaining lines of communication to continuously monitor user issues and provide necessary support to enhance business unit satisfaction.
    • Being a single point of contact for business & capability functions, acting as a conduit between assigned functions.
    • Studying LCS Business Operations Processes in different domains, identifying waste & making recommendations for process enhancements.
    • Participating in business process modeling/framing sessions, acting as a facilitator, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in sketch sessions.
    • Conducting preliminary investigations for all process-improvement/BOT project requests.
    • Reviewing requirements and specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Participating with business units to collect and analyze metrics for continual process improvement.
    • Participating in root cause analysis to recommend process improvements and actions to enhance productivity.
    • Acting as a project manager on select projects related to process improvement, productivity, and BOT development/deployment.
    • Working on issues of varying complexity, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of LCS global business processes and systems.
    • Communicating processes and requirements clearly to multiple functional groups within immediate business units and supporting IT teams.
    • Prioritizing tasks, multi-tasking effectively, and driving relevant business outcomes to meet deadlines.

    Required Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in business or computer science and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with business operations or systems development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience with SAP, IFS, and related tools. Demonstrated experience in LCS Business Operations' Processes. Proven ability to effectively communicate in English, lead initiatives, and resolve conflicts in complex organizations. Track record of effective communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in end-to-end technical process expertise, RA business knowledge, and understanding interactions between data, process, and analytics.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Demonstrate an understanding of LCS Business Operations processes. Experience with process modeling/documentation. Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt).

    Position Type

    This is a full-time position. Occasional evening work to overlap with diverse time zones may be required as job duties demand. Travel up to a certain percentage may be required according to Business needs. Some travel may be international.
