    Job Responsibilities

    1. Hold regular 1:1s with all direct reports

    2. Participate in Companywide initiatives for minimizing attrition

    3. Identify Soft Skills/ Developmental training requirements of employees

    4. Quality of Work Product

    5. Ensure high productivity while completing work orders

    6. Mentor team members on processes.

    7. Ensure Timely, consistent, correct, and complete reports

    8. Create automated/industry standard models to gain efficiency

    9. Deliver high-quality work to clients as per the SLA

    10. Achieve team targets as per the workflow

    11. Supporting the team in achieving the business objective

    Knowledge and Must Have Skills:

  • Candidates having experience in the Technical domains given below, need to apply.
  • Must Have experience in NUIX & Law Prediscovery.
  • Good to Have experience in Relativity & Processing.
  • Preferably 6-8 yrs. of experience in the above domain.
  • Good exposure to Team Handling .
  • Understanding of respective technology & possible application areas of the technology.
  • Quality orientation: Understanding of quality standards for quality assurance and control of processes to achieve more consistent quality.
