Responsibilities:

To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer base in accordance to boost sales via Reference.
To look after client retention by ensuring customers ongoing expectation is met.
To manage daytoday sales activities; including proposal, updating clients on their ongoing orders, prospecting and market development.
To develop good client relationship.
Ability to communicate effectively, convince & negotiate with the clients.
Timely followup on all the service and software lead opportunities
Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our software solutions and addressing their needs.
Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs effectively.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, sales targets, and pipeline status.

Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and driven to achieve results.
Strong understanding of software products and solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audience effectively.
Good Presentation skills
Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
Good Interpersonal and Networking Skills.
