    This is a remoteposition.

    MTC is looking for aTrainingExecutive who wants to gain Industryexperience. The candidate is expected tobe a highlymotivated engineer or business administrative with goodcommunication skills. If you are selfdriven and ambitious techsavvyprofessional and have an eye for detail then you are at the rightplace. As a TrainingExecutive Intern your roles andresponsibilities will be asfollows:

    CoreFunctional Responsibilities:

      Supportthe development and implementation of a comprehensive onboardingframework.

      Editing and Formattingcontent for Training.

      Supporting thedaytoday tasksand requests coming to the trainingteam.

      Coordinate and communicateabout training events with managers& subject matter experts.

      Monitortraining performance.

      Collaborate withmanagers on special trainingprojects.

    GeneralResponsibilities:

      You will be assigned smallprojects that needs to be finished within the stipulatedtime.

      Do detailedselfstudy onassigned work and design necessaryproject.

      Work with mentors to receivefeedback and incorporate it in theproject.

      Compile project activitiesand present in the form of reports or ppt as advised bymentor.

      The taskassigned; thefollowing outcomes need to beproduced.

      For knowledge capture taskexplain the theoretical aspect oftask.

      For Tool capture tasksoftware tool explanation needs to beproduced.

      For Skill capture task thepractical aspect of the task needs to beexplained.

    Requirements

      Arelevant degreein Business Engineering or any otherfields.

      Must be able to perform tasksunder general direction.

      Ability to communicate wellin English written and oralcommunication.

      Must have a ComputerSmartphone and uninterrupted internet connection with noisecancellation headphones.

    Must have to be available inthe virtual office from 16pm everyday .
