Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators.
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and contribute to the overall growth of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
