Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies and processes.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators.
- Continuously improve customer support processes and contribute to the overall growth of the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
