Simplifai is looking for Pre-sales who can work with our customers, understand their business processes, and come up with optimal solution design to automate their front office or back office processes.


Key responsibilities:


  • Participate in presales meetings to understand customer needs
  • Understand customers process and suggest effective solutions based on our product portfolio
  • Oversee and take ownership of the product demo responsibilities
  • Identify bottlenecks using various techniques for e.g. lean or design thinking and suggest improvements/enhancements
  • Conduct workshops for our customers and partners
  • Understand and propagate expectations between the client and the team effectively, and raise timely alarms if things are not going according to the plan
  • Advocate new technologies/strategies to all stake holders in the respective project/product
  • Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
  • Work closely with other team members, project managers, and customer to ensure that all requirements are met and work as per specification

Skillset:


  • 6+ years of experience working in Presales role
  • Excellent business understanding in multiple domain
  • Good to have experience with modelling (UML or similar)
  • Hands on experience with process flow tools like Visio
  • Problemsolving and Analytical skills
  • Understanding of project management techniques and computing systems
  • Working experience in Agile methodologies
  • Lean/Six sigma certification is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative and resourceful
