    Inviting applications for Assistant Vice President, Pharma Multi Channel and Commercial Analytics

    We are looking for Assistant Vice President with relevant experience in Multi-channel marketing and commercial Analytics in pharma / life science, for leading a team of cross functional analysts for a top 5 pharma major client of Genpact. This role will be key to developing innovative solutions and consulting capabilities within our team

    Responsibilities

  • Experience in Multi Chanel marketing, Omnichannel, Digital and Marketing analytics with relevant experience in in Pharma / Life sciences industry, leading large analytics engagement
  • As lead program manager, facilitate cross-functional stakeholder discussions and drive consultative selling and innovation with hands-on analytical deep-dive
  • Demonstrated though leadership in driving continuous improvement in MCM and Marketing analytics in the areas of brand launch initiatives, customer journey, brand positioning, customer segmentation, business insights, campaign effectiveness measurement, channel affinity, next best action etc.,
  • Exposure to pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, Digital Interaction data, Veeva CRM, Call Activity data, Adobe, Google analytics data, IPad, Social media data,
  • Knowledge on advanced analytics like, MMX, Test control analysis, A/B testing, Promo response models, Optimization, impact analysis for MCM and digital channels, web analytics, micro segmentation, Impact analysis and Return on Investment (ROI) for overall Omnichannel program, Channel attribution, content affinity, behavioural models etc.
  • Exposure to bringing in AI/ML and innovation into marketing, brand and MCM analytics space
  • Able to drive proposals and support new business development
  • Hands on experience in R or Python, SQL. Azure Data Bricks is a plus
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts, senior analysts, managers. Demonstrate the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel
