MERN Stack Architect

Experience

12 to 16 Years

Location

Pune

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Additionally, this role requires experience in solutioning, proposal writing, effort estimation, and excellent client communication skills. Experience with Intellectual Property (IP) development would be considered a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable, secure, and costeffective solutions leveraging AWS services such as Amplify for frontend operations, Lambda for serverless computing, ECS for container orchestration, and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the architectural solutions meet business needs and performance objectives.
Engage in solutioning and proposal writing, accurately estimating efforts and resources required for projects.
Lead and guide the development team through the project lifecycle, emphasizing best practices in cloud architecture and software development.
Contribute to or lead the development of Intellectual Property (IP) within the company, enhancing our offerings and competitive edge
Facilitate the integration of thirdparty services and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
Mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Good to have experience in delivering LMS(Learning Management Systems)/ALM(Adobe Learning Manager) projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record as a MERN Stack Architect with extensive experience in AWS cloud services (Amplify, Lambda, ECS, etc.).
Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with DevOps practices.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work on complex projects with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
