Responsibilities:

Understanding the products and services provided by the company.

Resolving customer complaints and queries.

Providing detailed information to customers.

Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.

Following up with customers for any further information.

Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

1-2 years of experience working as a Customer Care Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.

Good knowledge of Customer Handling.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good Communication and Convincing Skill.


Job Location:

  • Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.

Job Time:

  • 9:30 am 6:30 pm

Days:

  • 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)

Salary:

  • 20,000/ INR 25,000/ INR

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
