Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and be a crucial part of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
Train, supervise, and motivate team members to uphold exceptional cleaning standards.
Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
Implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of housekeeping processes and techniques.
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
Languages:
English, Hindi, Marathi.

Salary:

₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
