Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:


  • Design and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Develop and maintain a wellorganized and stimulating learning environment.
  • Integrate playbased learning activities into the curriculum.

Classroom Management:


  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Manage and monitor student behavior to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Encourage and promote positive social interactions among students.

Teaching and Instruction:


  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
  • Foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:


  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' progress.
  • Maintain records of students' academic and behavioral development.
  • Provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's performance.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and integrated learning experience.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

Professional Development:


  • Stay updated on current educational trends and practices in early childhood education.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Health and Safety:


  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times.
  • Follow and enforce health and safety protocols within the classroom.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching certification or license.
  • Previous experience in teaching preprimary or early childhood education.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
