EllBee Hotels is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our team in our corporate office. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and clients booking reservations for our hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Process reservation requests efficiently and accurately, ensuring all guest information and preferences are captured.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding rates, availability, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
- Upsell room upgrades, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Manage cancellations and modifications to existing reservations according to hotel policies.
- Generate reports on reservations activity and occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 34 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related customer service role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
