Key Responsibilities:

1. *Conceptualization and Design:

  • Develop visual concepts and graphics based on project requirements.
  • Design and produce various materials, including logos, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.

2. *Brand Identity:

  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that align with the brand guidelines.

3. *Layout and Composition:

  • Create visually appealing layouts with a focus on readability and user experience.
  • Arrange design elements, such as text and images, to convey a message effectively.

4. *Typography and Color Theory:

  • Select appropriate fonts and colors to enhance the visual appeal and readability of designs.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of color theory in design projects.

5. *Image Editing and Manipulation:

  • Edit and enhance photographs and images for use in various design projects.
  • Ensure the quality and resolution of images are suitable for the intended purpose.

6. *Print and Digital Design:

  • Create designs suitable for both print and digital platforms.
  • Understand the specific requirements and formats for different mediums.

7. *Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and other designers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.

8. *Feedback and Revisions:

  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

9. *Stay Updated on Design Trends:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously improve skills and adapt to changing design standards.

Pay:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
