Job profile
Participate in designing construction process, and operates as part of them.

Create designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments with knowledge and high level drawing skills to design given projects and make them functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

Core role:

Planning work according to the client's requirements.
Preparing for the elevation design after planning is finalized. Using sketch up and AutoCAD.
Planning of site office, preparing electric layouts, discussion with clients and team mates to gather information regarding foyer, gate, and compound wall and drainage system and other amenities.
Detailing of the layout plan and the details for the material to be used in the project material knowledge.
Working closely with team of other professionals such as area chart utility services and architectural technologists.
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving problems that may arise during construction and structure details.
Playing a part in projects and team management; travels to building sites, proposed locations and client meeting as and when required.
Excellent design and drafting skills and keen eye for the detail of specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how such specifics fit in with projects as a whole.
Prepare required reports and submit it to management team on daily basis.
Coordinate with site engineers/ MEP consultants/agencies.
Excellent Knowledge about MEP and Str. Details.
