I joined in current firm in 2005 as a structural designer and now reached aat the top most position as Senior Structural engineer as well as CEO. 

I had worked in various roles from design to management including financial auditing apart from the roles described in my resume.

To conduct desk studies, site analysis, check feasibility of engineering design and suggest optimum structural layout and kind of materials such as steel, concrete timber which is suitable for the site conditions as well as to manage construction processes for projects to program and budget.
Undertaking structural designs in steel, concrete, timber and masonry, using hand calculation and computer analysis using softwares such as STAAD Pro, MS excel and AutoCAD, Sketch up, Tekla Tedds, ETABS, SAFE, MIDAS etc. Moreover perform calculations using engineering principles to determine loads on structures, seismic, investigated beam and foundation strength for design purpose.
Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice. Strong experience and ability to produce structural calculations along with checking to codes and Regulations and requirements, and code and relevant standards for structural Design. Reviewing plans and specifications with architects and other engineers to ensure that they meet industry standards and comply with building codes.
Awareness of current and technological developments in civil / structural engineering for materials of construction and construction methodology. Experience and knowledge of a relevant sector, such as transportation, planning, property development or utilities. Knowledge of structural steel coatings, corrosion mechanisms, structural dynamics and fatigue for industrial building design.
Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications. Excellent problem solving and issue resolution skills. A passion for sustainable construction will be valued as we drive towards net-zero solutions.
The ability to identify, analyse and propose practical, efficient and innovative solutions detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved to problems in order to progress site designs.
Expertise in design risk assessment and mitigation to design and implement an overall risk management process for the organization and perform a risk assessment to analyse both current and potential risks that are affecting the company bearing in mind the costs and legal requirements. Decision making in financial, legal, and commercial needs of the company. 
Review and develop engineering drawings and documents of all civil and structural conceptual designs conducting site surveys for feasibility projects to develop, control, monitor, analyse and report on schedule related aspects for designated projects. Regular interfacing and integration with the project controls team to maintain an aligned financial position with the Project Plan.
Experience of Health, Safety and Quality Environmental risk management system. A good safety culture and sound understanding of Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and their application in this role. Deterministic and probabilistic safety assessments. Safety case authoring/management and development/production. Strong background in Hazard/Faults categorization and assessment/analysis.
Experience working with planners, urban designers and other built environment design disciplines. Operational experience together with previous significant experience of planning services in small to medium sized projects within the construction and engineering industry. Prepare reports Tender documents, contract documents cost estimates and quantity take-offs and other project-related documentation.
Adhere to quality assurance and standards in design. Ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained and that milestones are completed on time. Establish a product benchmark for quality control. Perform quality control of designs by evaluating materials to facilitate the Quality Assurance and Control throughout the construction phase.
Ability to work independently in analyses, design, submissions, construction support and coordination works. Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects. Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs. Actively manage small to large infrastructure design projects in a team environment.
Supervise creating/revising structural plans along with the reports of drawings to be used in final construction plans and suggest changes to existing designs to preparation of technical specification and engineering technical drawing structures such as buildings, bridges, earth retaining structures and other design elements.
Lead a team of Structural engineers, Architects, CAD technicians and Site engineers.
Associated with retrofitting and Structural health monitoring of buildings.
Extensive hands-on engineering consultancy experience in design of Buildings including High rise structures including dynamic analysis for Wind/Earthquake, ductile detailing, analysis and design of rafts, Rafts on Piles etc
