Working in DXC technology as a Scrum Master. Currently handling multiple client and teams. Please find below my current roles and responsibility:

• Successfully facilitated agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint

planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, for cross-functional

development teams

• Coached team members on Scrum principles, roles, and responsibilities, resulting in improved efficiency and alignment with Agile methodologies.
• Collaborated with product owners to review and prioritized the product backlog ensuring it was well-groomed and ready for sprint planning.
• Identified and resolved impediments to team progress, enabling consistent sprint goal achievement.
• Promoted a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and tracking key agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts and custom Power BI metrics.
• Facilitated communication and collaboration between development teams and stakeholders, leading to enhanced product transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Conducted regular retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Coordinated with external teams and Vendors to manage dependencies and ensure the successful delivery of integrated features.
