About Aravinth Elangovan:
I am a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant with over 13 years of experience across supply chain and enterprise systems implementation. I specialize in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Maintenance (EAM), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning, with strong hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, data migration, integrations, and user enablement.
My background combines deep functional domain expertise with end-to-end ERP implementation experience, having worked closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global clients across multiple geographies. I have supported both delivery and pre-sales engagements, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions while adhering to standard product capabilities and best practices.
I am currently working with Oracle, delivering enterprise-scale implementations and advisory services. I am keen to explore opportunities in the Gulf region where I can contribute to large transformation programs, particularly in supply chain, asset management, and ERP solution architecture roles.
Thanks in Advance.
Experience
My work has involved delivering ERP implementations in highly complex enterprise environments with large user bases, multiple business units, and geographically distributed operations. The projects I have supported required alignment of diverse business processes across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain planning, while ensuring compliance with standard ERP capabilities and minimizing customizations.
I have worked on multi-country and multi-legal-entity implementations, managing complex configurations such as inter-organization flows, inventory and cost controls, asset lifecycle management, and integrated procurement-to-pay processes. The scope of work included coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing data migration from legacy systems, handling integrations with external systems, and supporting rigorous testing cycles to ensure system stability and business continuity.
These programs often operated under tight timelines and high business impact, requiring strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
