About bhaskar bordoloi:

I am Bhaskar Bordoloi ,currently working in the Human Resources department of TATA Advanced  Systems Limited, Hyderabad,  (Aerospace company) , as a Business HR(HR Operations) and HR-Employee relations. I have been associated with this company & it’s JV s for over 12 years in the Human Resources department.

 

I have rich experience in Talent acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Talent management ,Performance management system, Employee relations, Grievance management, Learning & development, HR generalist   and the entire gamut of HR operations. 

 

 I have experience in Technical and Non-technical recruitment, with experience of hiring Fresher candidates and laterals, from Technician level to Engineer and Managerial level, for various TASL ‘s International projects like Sikorsky S-92,Lockheed Martin. I have worked as a HRBP (Lead HR) for the JV TLMAL,with an employee strength of 600 employees.

 

I am seeking a suitable HRBP/any HR role and will be privileged  to connect with you for suitable openings.
