An educational professional with  nearly 24 years of experience with various job profiles. 10 months experience as Academic administrator, 10 years as a teacher educator, 3 years as school administrator, 5 years with a CPA firm and 4 years as quality control chemist.

As an Academic Administrator for 7 schools and colleges under the banner of TES in the last 10 months includes being an Academic auditor, an Administrative auditor, an Observer, a Reviewer and a Co-Ordinator.

The job profile includes regular checking of academic records and registers, administrative registers, lesson observation of teachers, working of staff, Parent-teacher association, bus committee, handling disciplinary issues supervising activities of various committees, external examinations & competitions, leave record of staff, verify biometric attendance of staff. Reviewing of admission status, results, staff composition and their job assignments, complaints, weekly report of principals and vice-principals is also part of the job profile. Coordinating between the management and the employees, with external auditors, vendors, issuing circulars / notices to staff as needed is a major part of the job as Academic Administrator.

I have been awarded a Ph.D. in Education by University of Mumbai in 2022 and I also completed an Advanced Certificate Course in Counselling from SIES, Institute of Comprehensive Education, Sion. Both my post-graduate degrees in Chemistry and Education have been obtained from University of Mumbai.
