1. Documenting more than 1500 business process and operating procedures for an US based Oil and Gas company using BPMN2.0 mapping process. 2. Creating process maps to bridge the gap between As-Is and To-be Process in Microsoft Visio using BPMN2.0 Modelling. 3. Converted Processes from BPMN1.0 to BPMN2.0 and documented as To-Be processes and responsible for systematisation. 4. Managing business stakeholder expectations with respect to project priorities. Worked with a team of stakeholders to deliver a Customer scheduling software according to the requirements and created Wireframe diagrams for better understanding and achieved in house product development 7. Working with different stakeholders for Requirement Analysis to change the process according to the requirements and Identify the scope for automations. 9. Created use-case story boards and acceptance criteria according to the requirements and for better reasoning, collaborating with Software development Team and Stakeholders 10.
