I have 3.1 years of experience as a Process Executive at Zisya Technologies where I handled customer support, SLA management, and issue resolution. During this time, I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Recently, I completed training in SAP SD and gained knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process and basic SAP SD concepts. Now I am looking to start my career as an SAP SD fresher.

Education

I completed my Bachelor of Commerce in Computers (B.Com – Computers) in 2021 from Mother Theresa Institutions of Technology with 76%. During my graduation, I gained basic knowledge of basic accounting and computer applications.
