Roles – Plant Engineering - Environment  To achieve Zero breakdown planning & Execution of Preventive Maintenance  Scheduling of PPM annually, Quarterly, monthly & weekly for all utility equipment’s &  PPM abnormalities corrective action and coordination.  Experience in Trouble shooting Centrifugal pump, High pressure pump, Blower, Compressor, Rotary equipment, Automatic valves & Pipeline route map. Analysis planning through 5 why methods to find the root cause.  Break down analysis report submission to management as well as awareness training to all members & Record.  Led of water treatment plant (WTP - 2 MLD; ETP - 2 MLD; STP - 1 MLD) with RO operation & maintenance to achieve the ZLD.  Common spare & critical spare maintain always to avoid break down.  Responsible for Procurement of utility chemicals, spares & consumables, AMC contract, TNPCB norms & Hazardous waste disposal (BOQ preparation, Budget approval, Technical discussion, Management approval, and purchase team coordination for purchase order) and Inventory management & Supplier technical validation.  Responsible for operator’s skill level development (I L U level).  Rainwater Management & co-ordination with SIPCOT during Crisis and awareness creation to all employees.  Chemicals handling experience in waste water treatment plant process.  Monitor the plant operation & Quality periodically and analysis & reporting.  PDM planning in Electrical equipment like Motors & Control panels.  Review the Operating manuals, SOP, SOS, JO, Form IV, Aspect & Impact study.  Experience in sound & Vibration in maintenance of all utility equipment’s.  Improving the Recycling Plant Efficiency (70%  80%) & Reduce the MBD.  Budget controller of utility for O&M Contractors, Consumables, Spares & Chemicals.  Fulfill the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 & IMS coordinator internal auditor.

I have 17 years experience in 2 MNC (one is greenfield project).

1. Safety Auditor & Trainer (LOTO, SES & FPES & Mock drill) and auditor and Fire safety coordinator.
2. Water Management operation and Maintenance (Man power handling 65 members, Scheduling PPM and SOP).
3. Govt., License renewal with coordination of Govt. officials.
4. Annual return submission (Form IV, Form III for Hazardous waste, Biomedical waste and Ewaste) and  Form VI, VIII, lX, X maintaining.
5. Hazardous waste handling and disposal to authorized coprocessors.
6. Procurement of water treatment chemical, Spares, Consumables and Technical discussion with vendors to fulfill the requirement.
