(A unit under ABD Group) Tenure: - Nov’13 to Jan’15 (Designation: - Manager Logistics) | Location: - Kumarghat Ind Est, Tripura Key Functions & Achievements: - ❖ Managing Supply Chain: Inventory control & despatch process improvements, productivity increase for bottling & beverage units, and handling fleet management. ❖ Warehousing: Inventory analysis, stock health check-ups, 5S implementation for WH, quality control implementation. Analysis of finished goods availability, daily & weekly forecasting for production requirements, and reviewing ledgers & payments for different vendors. Freight Forwarder nominations, in-transit shipment tracking, customs clearance (for LCL and FCL) documentation & follow-ups, handling transporters, and managing the entire order-to-pay cycle for all purchase orders. ❖ Warehousing & Demand Planning: Working with four WHs and two production units, stock checking for all WHs, and planning for demand-supply balancing.
