I My current role includes I led the team of webchat in ensuring customers escalations & complaints dealt within a professional and courteous manner. I possess excellent leadership and supervisor skills. I always rise above expectations when taking on a position. In addition to that, I am working closely with stakeholders to improve customer journey by analysing the situation from query type and identifying incidents and working upon them. Also Effectively managing time to ensure that everyone is available  for customers which includes shrinkage and attrition. Apart from this, I also provide live support and coach them on their escalations by mentoring and sharing timely feedback to avoid any impact on customer journey
