● Experienced in ESP agent configuration and installation for midrange(unix/windows) jobs.

● Worked on BladeLogic server automation tool to monitor the agents, restart the agents when agent is not responding and resolving the user issues on BladeLogic tool configurations.

● Work with a multifunctional teams, programmers, and technical staff to deliver products on time.

● Involved regular weekly project status meetings to discuss the risks involved in ongoing projects with Team and Project Manager (Onshore and Offshore).
