I am a highly driven and qualified HR professional with a diverse academic background. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sophia College, Mumbai, and I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in HRDM from Christ University, Bangalore, as well as an MSc in I/O Psychology from Steinbeis University, Berlin, Germany. With a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and psychological principles, I have developed a passion for studying the dynamics of individuals within organizations. My academic journey has equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in various HR areas such as recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations, and organizational development. Alongside my studies, I have gained practical experience through internships, allowing me to apply my knowledge in real-world HR scenarios. With a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, I thrive in dynamic environments. I have experience working as an intern in HR at Zentered Minds and Alpha Minds, where I underwent training programs in organizational psychology and psychotherapy, respectively. During these internships, I developed skills in concepts such as SWOT analysis, Emotional Emergency, Organizational Climate, SFB, CBT, Positive Psychotherapy, and Commitment Therapy.

Additionally, I served as the Community Service Director for Rotaract Club 3141 at Sophia College, where I managed community service and charitable activities, collaborated with Robbin Hood NGO for donations, and conducted education drives.

Furthermore, I also took on the role of Team Marketing Coordinator for the Kaleidoscope College Fest at Sophia College, where I supervised and coordinated marketing functions to attract sponsors.

In terms of my academic achievements, I have earned gold medals in Table Tennis at the district level in 2015 and 2016 and have been a state-level player in 2014 and 2019.

Throughout my studies, I engaged in various coursework focused on understanding human behavior, cognitive processes, research methods, and psychological theories.
