About Kirankumar R:

  • Has more than 15 years of experience in software engineering platform and has delivered many engineered solutions to business in multiple domains Telecom, healthcare, retails, and education. Expertise in program and Project development, driving core team to deliver the best-engineered solution in agile methodology and best practices with alignment to business vision and helping customer to meet their business goal

  • Expertise in driving the modernization of the architecture and design of the data & analytics technical track, including traditional load test and performance test of application. Troubleshooting technical issue at grass root level
  • Has hands-on experience in multiple software technology languages (Java, .net, Python etc.,), Java application architecture, Enterprise systems integration and many architecture design patterns (publisher & Subscriber, pipe and filter, notification, event and listeners and many more)
  • Has a Very good understanding and exposer on AWS/Cloud solution architecture including all major AWS products - S3, VPC design etc.,­
  • Very good in building strong relationships between teams within IT Solutions and between IT Solutions and related business teams and maintains professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations
  • Has strong communication and influence skills when interacting with all levels of the organization starting with senior leadership on down to the team members

Education

  • Program and lead Project, include Scrum, release planning, sprint planning, User story decomposition, effort estimations, daily scrum meetings, sprint review meeting, Risk assessment and Mitigation plan & control actions
  • Involves in customer discussion for requirement gathering and transform them to user stories further into action items 
  • Involves in coding, code review, integrating ,deployment and demonstrate to customer on every sprint
  • Leading technical team, mentoring team members on technical issues and resolutions
  • Participate in Architectural review sessions; participate in design review sessions, Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater re usability, and/or longer life.
  • Identify system deficiencies and suggest/implement effective solutions, also Identify reusable code required for our code library and ensures the high quality creation of the code
  • Own the DevOps lifecycle and responsible for managing technical and operational risks and issues throughout the project development and Operations
  • Promote and coordinate technical knowledge harvesting within the project/organization
  • Conduct defect triage meetings to ensure quality of deliverable  and solicit periodic client feedback for continuous improvement
  • Mentoring and technically coaching team members and competency building within the team to deliver projects successfully, and developing personal development plans for mentees by counseling and guiding
