I am responsible for recruitment, training of resources, day-to-day supervision, allocation of work, managing client priorities, delegation of tasks (as required), performance management and escalation management. I also handle work process design, FTE/budget, creation of playbooks/manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Governance models and protocols.
