I have been associated as Assistant Manager from 2013 till present managing for the client TATA TELE BUSINESS SERVICES for their Enterprise customers business for the plan, execution and operation of wireline network.
• Responsible for operations and maintenance and Project Manager for Enterprise and Carrier business customers.
• Operations & Maintenance of Low Capacity as well as High-Capacity Transport SDH, Packet, DWDM, MPLS and IAG Network which involves Core project and
operations, Service Improvement Planning and Implementation of strategies to eradicate the Constraints & Choking in the Network. • Project planning, execution and testing of DLC / PRI / SIP / NPLC / MPLS / ILL links for the enterprise customers.
• Becomes first face for all client and internal escalation(s) within the relevant organization for delivery and operational issues.
• Relationship management, ensure accuracy of work by respective team to improve customer confidence level.
• Effectively utilization of team members, Identify and implement to resolve the issues within SLA. Ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Troubleshoot the cases logged by TAC Tier-1 Team and provide online support to FSE (Field Support Exec). Ensure to resolve the issues at the earliest.
• Monitor circuit performance and do the SIP (Service Improvement Plan) for the customer by reviewing customer dashboard / Service Managers for performance analysis over time.
• SPoC (Single Point of Contact) for the customer to deliver the project to defined scope. Ultimately responsible for achievement of project objectives, including gaining customer acceptance.
• Provide presales feasibility support to sales team and take project handover from sales (Key Account\ Named Account\ SME Team).
• Keeps transparent communication with customers along with Sales team to define and detail the project including project scope, timelines, approach, organization, identify deliverables, resources, report format, meeting frequency and introduce issue, risk and change management process, understanding & capturing customer's exact requirement(s).
• Weekly review of all projects with internal and external customers to ensure timely project handover.
• Negotiating with internal and external implementation team, development teams for appropriate resource allocation to the project team in time to meet schedule while maintaining awareness of overall business priorities. Managing project team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Set targets for all concerned team to complete the project.
• Managing the project, in accordance with the project plan, for all phases of the project delivery lifecycle including planning, requirements capture, implementation, delivery, testing and acceptance.
• An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.
